Inference cost

The plan is fixed. Run cost is what you'd expect.

Both plans include unlimited agent runs in the subscription — AI inference is included in your plan at no extra charge, and each run's inference cost is tracked on your dashboard.

Real cost depends on SOP complexity, model choice (Professional), and how much context an agent needs to pull. Cost telemetry is on your dashboard from day one — no estimating after the first week.

If you decide Ops AI isn't for you, no problem. We'll send a friendly reminder email if your trial ends without a plan — and your data stays paused for a few weeks before we tidy it up. You'll have plenty of time to come back, or to export anything you'd like to keep.

What's in the free trial?

14 days of Professional. No credit card. No usage caps. Sign up with Microsoft, connect your PSA, and run real SOPs against a test queue. Add a payment method whenever you're ready — we won't charge it until the trial ends.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Nothing dramatic. We'll email you a friendly reminder if your trial ends without a plan, and your account stays paused for a few weeks while you decide. You'll have plenty of time to come back, or to export anything you'd like to keep, before we tidy it up. Add a payment method any time and full access is restored instantly.

Why two plans?

The platform splits cleanly along the Microsoft cloud, AI features, and customer-facing reporting boundary. There's no honest middle tier, so we don't invent one. You either need GDAP/CSP, the in-app Copilot, the Knowledge Base, and branded customer reports — or you don't.

Can I switch from Starter to Professional?

Yes — anytime, self-service from your dashboard. Proration is applied automatically: you only pay the difference for the days remaining in the cycle.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard — the Manage subscription button opens our secure Stripe billing portal, where cancelling takes a couple of clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.

Are there any usage limits I should know about?

SOPs, agent runs, customer mappings, and vendor connections are all unlimited on both plans. The only soft cap is the Professional Knowledge Base at 500 documents — if you push past that, talk to us.

Do you offer annual billing?

Monthly only at launch. If you'd like to discuss a longer commitment, email hello@msp-ops.ai and we'll work something out.

Is Ops AI a PSA replacement?

No, and never will be. Ops AI plugs into Autotask (with Autotask-compatible PSAs on the roadmap). It runs alongside your PSA, not instead of it.

How is my data isolated from other MSPs?

Every query is scoped to the authenticated tenant at the database layer, enforced in automated tests. Vendor credentials are encrypted at rest, with the encryption key held in Azure Key Vault. See the Security page for the architecture detail.

Where is my data stored?

On Microsoft Azure, in a single region, with geo-redundant backups in Azure's paired region. Full detail on the Security page.

Do you have customer references?

We don't publish customer names or quotes — MSPs have reasonable concerns about competitors knowing their stack. We can arrange a reference call privately for serious Professional-tier prospects.
